The Urdu Paisa Amount in Urdu Words tool writes an amount given in paisa as Urdu words. It converts the paisa into rupees and paisa where the amount is a rupee or more, and it writes the result in the Urdu words روپے and پیسے.

It is handy when a figure is counted in paisa and you need it written out in Urdu.

How to Write a Paisa Amount

1. Enter the paisa. Type the number of paisa.
2. Read the words. The amount appears in Urdu, in rupees and paisa where needed.

Paisa into Rupees

Since one hundred paisa make a rupee, the tool divides the paisa by one hundred to find the rupees, and the remainder is the paisa left over. So 250 paisa is two rupees and fifty paisa, and 80 paisa stays as eighty paisa.

The Urdu Words

The tool writes the rupees with the word روپے and the paisa with the word پیسے, joined with اور for and, so the amount reads naturally in Urdu.

Writing It as Paisa Only

Sometimes you want the amount left as paisa, even when it is more than a rupee. With the paisa only option, 250 paisa is written as two hundred and fifty paisa, without converting to rupees.

Accuracy and Limits
