The normalizer turns tabs into spaces, collapses repeated spaces, trims each line, standardizes line endings, and limits blank lines to a single gap.

Digits and Quotes

Numbers in Roman Urdu text sometimes appear as Urdu or Arabic digits rather than plain 0-9.
