What the Urdu Diacritic Keyboard Does

How to Add Diacritics

The Urdu Diacritics Explained

Tashdeed doubles a letter, jazm shows that a letter carries no vowel, and khari zabar marks a long a. The three tanwin marks add the an, un, and in endings found in words of Arabic origin, and the hamza mark places a hamza above a letter.
