Restaurant mein akele baithe shaks ka khana khana ya cafe mein akele apni coffee enjoy karna ‘Solo Dining’ kehlata hai, aur duniya bhar mein is trend mein izafa ho raha hai.
Khabar rasan idare ‘Associated Press’ ke mutabiq San Francisco se talluq rakhnay wali scientist aur cancer researcher Parisa Amanirad shadi-shuda hain aur unka doston ka circle bhi khasa wasi hai. Lekin wo hafte mein ek ya do baar akele restaurant jati hain.

Japan ke ‘Hot Pepper Gourmet Eating Out’ namak research institute ke halia survey ke mutabiq 23% Japanese shehri akele khana pasand karte hain. Saal 2018 mein yeh shirah 18% thi.

Institute ke researcher Masahiro Anagaki ka kehna hai ke “ab family restaurants mein bhi counter seats ya akele baithne ke liye intizam mein izafa ho raha hai. Iske sath restaurants chhoti serving walay khanay bhi menu mein shamil kar rahe hain jo ek fard ke liye munasib hain.”
‘OpenTable’ ke CEO Debby Soo ka khayal hai ke ghar se kaam karne ke silsile ne Solo Dining ke trend ko barhawa diya hai.

‘Associated Press’ ne is baare mein restaurant se baat karne ki koshish ki, lekin unhone jawab nahi diya. Restaurant ki website par yeh likha hai ke wo do logon se kam ki reservation nahi karte.
