Spicy Creamy Mutton Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Kg Mutton
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Cup Yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon Ginger-garlic Paste
  • 1/2 Cup Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Oil
  • 2 Onions, Ground
  • 1 Tablespoon Red Chili Powder
  • 4-5 Green Chilies, Chopped
  • milk As Needed
  • chopped Coriander

Cooking Instructions

  1. Mix the mutton, salt, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, cream, and 2 tablespoons of oil together.
  2. Cover and cook on low heat until the mutton is tender.
