Ajza (Ingredients)
- 1/2 Kg Mutton
- 1 Chai ka Chamach Namak
- 1 Cup Dahi
- 1 Khane ka Chamach Adrak-Lehsan ka Paste
- 1/2 Cup Cream
- 1/2 Cup Tel
- 2 Pyaaz, Pisi Hui
- 1 Khane ka Chamach Lal Mirch
- 4-5 Hari Mirchen, Kati Hui
- Zarurat ke mutabiq Doodh
- Kati Hui Dhaniya
Pakane ka Tarika (Cooking Instructions)
- Mutton, namak, dahi, adrak-lehsan ka paste, cream aur 2 khane ke chamach tel daal kar mix karein.
- Dhak kar halki aanch par pakayein jab tak mutton naram na ho jaye.
- Do pyaaz ko pees lein aur inhe aadha cup tel mein fry karein, phir is mein 1 khane ka chamach lal mirch aur ek kati hui hari mirch daal kar achhe se bhun lein. Jab mutton naram ho jaye to is masale ko us mein shamil kar dein.
- Agar salan kam ho, to thoda doodh daal kar pakayein. Kati hui dhaniya daal dein aur aapka Masaledar Mutton Malai tayyar hai…
